RESTART

This program is an excellent opportunity to strengthen both new and existing teams in a fun way. The program is designed for colleagues to get to know each other and for “managers” to gain an overview of the team’s functionality from a different perspective. Restart focuses on improving relationships and trust within the team. It is much easier and more enjoyable to get to know colleagues in nature, during an outdoor program, than in the continuous work process.

Restart and its goals:

  • make it easier for new members to get to know the existing team and build good relationships
  • set a positive atmosphere between the new member (or manager) and the existing team
  • show managers what their team can achieve outside the workplace (how collaboration, trust, and team functionality work)
  • improve relationships and cooperation in both existing and new teams
  • allow the manager to get to know their subordinates better
  • offer employees the chance to get to know the “boss” or new colleagues better
  • learn greater teamwork, consideration, and fairness
  • achieve mutual collaboration within the group
  • achieve faster identification of skills and abilities of both individuals and the group
  • the possibility to more easily find one’s place within the group
  • prevention of socially pathological phenomena – crime, alcoholism, racism, bullying …

  • Because our instructors need to be well-prepared for your group, we highly recommend that a representative of your company describe the situation within the team in their own words (whether there are new members or if there is a problem in the existing team), as well as the group’s characteristics. The more accurately you describe it, the more precisely we can “tailor the program to your needs.”

    Facilities

    The program will take place in the area of the Hájenka Family Park. The programs are led by instructors studying at a pedagogical school or with education in experiential pedagogy, and by instructors from the Hájenka Rope Park.

    Price

    Individual, depending on the length of the program and number of participants.
    Additional purchases for the program can include access to the rope center, refreshments, buffets, guided wine tasting, live music, disco, and leisure activity coordinators.
    We also organize family days, during which our animators take care of employees’ children during the program.

    Payment

    1. in cash: cash at the Hájenka Park ticket office
    2. by bank transfer: after the program ends, we will issue an invoice
